Our November meeting is our Annual Golden Age Dinner on Thursday, November 21st at 7pm at the Folly Beach Baptist Church. If you know of a widow or widower, please contact us and let us know, we would love to invite them and you!
Hurricane Helene was devastating to our state, our northern neighbors, our friends, family and their pets. In order to help ease the burden, the Exchange Club of Folly Beach gave $500 to The Pet Helpers Hurricane Relief Fund. This money helped to buy pet supplies for the displaced in the flooded areas.
The Exchange Club has also bought $300 worth of candy for the Civic Club’s Children Halloween Festival and Witches Dance on October 31st. If you would like to help the Civic Club with this, just contact us.
With Christmas around the corner, $1,000 was given to the Christmas Shoebox Fund to pay for the mailing of the shoeboxes for the upcoming holiday season.
Thank you for your support!
Billy
